To conclude Week One of 50 States in 50 Weeks let’s recap Maine in numbers:

Total miles*: 1,329
*I set the odometer en route to Maine from New York and stopped it before I left for New Hampshire.

Total money spent: $293.33
    Gas: $149.25
    Food: $40.54
    Attractions: $94.00
    Other: $9.54

Total over budget: $93.33
Though, $80 of the attraction money went for the national Parks Interagency Annual Pass and that      will be used in almost every state, so really I’m only about $15 over budget.

Total nights spent with friends: 4

Total nights spent with Couchsurfing Hosts: 2

Total nights spent in the car: 1

Total number of “Oh my gosh, what am I doing?! Am I freaking crazy?!” moments: 3

Total number of “This is so AMAZING, I can’t believe how AWESOME my life is!” moments: 5

Total number of hours spent on the blog: too many (I actually didn’t count, but I’m going to in the future, since it was upwards of about two hours per post…)

Are there any other number related things you’d like to know? Leave a comment below to let me know as I start New Hampshire this week!
