Done with Massachusetts, so here’s the numbers recap:

Total miles*: 640
    *I set the odometer en route to Massachusetts from Vermont and stopped it before I left for Rhode     Island.

Total money spent: $273.05
    Gas: $63.25
    Other transport (parking, car maintenance, public transportation): $14.05
    Food: $35.86
    Attractions: $23
    Other: $136.89 (This included $100 for the museum membership and restocking some toiletries.)

Total over budget: $73.05 (minus the $100 though, I’m under budget $26.95)

Total nights spent with people I already knew: 1

Total nights spent with Couchsurfing Hosts: 5

Total nights spent with non-Couchsurfing Hosts: 1

Total nights spent in the car: 0

Total dates: 1

Total unexpected, but awesome experiences: 4

Total number of “Oh my gosh, what am I doing?! Am I freaking crazy?!” moments: 2

Total number of “This is so AMAZING, I can’t believe how AWESOME my life is!” moments: 5

Total number of hours spent on the blog: I don’t know, does anyone really care?
